He sendeth forth his word upon earth: his word runneth swiftly. He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the mist like dust. He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold? He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: the winds shall blow, and the waters shall flow. He declareth his word unto Jacob, his righteousness and his judgments unto Israel. The Lord hath not dealt so with every nation: neither hath he manifested his judgments unto them.
