It is useful for redness and swelling of the eyes; take fifteen grains of this and fifty *miskal*s of clear cold water, mix together, wet a piece of clean cloth therein, place [it] over the eyes, and as it dries, change [it] again. *Tanacetum*, L. *Bartsvenik* or *Bsrmanuk* [Tansy], A. Boil with water and administer to drink; it is useful for a patient having worms. *Tinctura asafoetidae*, L. *Vogi angužati* [Tincture of asafoetida], A. Have [the patient] drink twenty drops each with water, three times a day; it is useful for a patient having worms, for wind in the stomach, trembling of the body, and heartache. *Tinctura castorei*, L. *Vogi snkegh amordzik’i* [Tincture of castor], A. It is useful for pains of the womb and for provoking the monthly flow of women; it checketh vomiting and belly-ache; use ten to twenty drops each with water, three times a day. *Tinctura odontalgica*, L. Prepared spirit; it is useful for toothache; take a piece of cotton, roll it into a ball in thy hand, drip this medicine upon it until it be wet, and place it upon whichever tooth is aching; leave [it] for five minutes, then open thy mouth that the water [i.e., saliva] may run out; apply again until the pain is arrested. *Oleum petrae*, L. *K’ari yegh* [Rock oil/Petroleum], A. Anointing externally is very beneficial for winds, likewise for one having worms; administer twenty drops each with water, three times a day. *Fomentum Schmuckeri*, L. A prepared remedy; it is useful against headache arising from fever; wet a cloth and place [it] upon the forehead and upon the head, and pour [it] little by little upon the head and gently pat it. *Fumaria*, L. *Andzkhot* [Fumitory], A. Use morning and evening like tea; it purifieth the blood, and if there are small eruptions broken out upon the body, it will drive them back; it calmeth the blood; it is likewise beneficial for one having jaundice.
