But the self-willed [person], who doth not submit to his superior, but rather desireth that the superior should submit unto him, such a one seeketh to overturn the divine constitution and order; and he becometh truly deserving of those punishments which are appointed for them that yield no obedience unto the laws. 4. He that yieldeth obedience unto the laws and commandments enjoyeth the care and compassion of his superior, and thereby becometh happy in his condition.
